I have worked full-time as a head of cultural department for the Mayakovsky Central Public Library and the Rzhevskaya Public Library in St. Petersburg.

I was responsible for strategic programming of cultural projects for 10 locations, promotion of new audiences, working with partners and the media, developing strategy for design and text culture, SMM, personnel, financial and statistical management, and team management.

I gave more than 50 public lectures and talks about producing of theatre and library, curating contemporary performing arts, management and economics of culture: at opera houses, bars, museums, universities, festivals, and once at the airport, including the Diaghilev Festival (Perm), Aleksandrinsky Theatre (St. Petersburg), Uni of Arts (Helsinki), Molodoy Theatre (Kyiv), and Sold Out Conference (online). In Russian and English.
I moderated discussions with ballet and opera managers at the Bolshoi Theatre; with librarians from Bishkek, Minsk, St. Petersburg, online; with philosophers Oksana Timofeeva, Artemy Magun, Joel Regev from European University; with astronauts, biologists, authors, and artists.
